by commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.

Payment methods accepted:
Full payment is required before I start working

3. process & timing

4. usage rights

You may use the artwork for personal purposes (profile pictures, prints for yourself, social media).
You may not: resell the artwork, use it for commercial projects (merch, advertising, NFTs) without a commercial fee, or claim the art as your own.
I retain the right to post the artwork in my portfolio / social media (with credit to you as the commissioner).

5. refunds & cancellations

You can cancel before I start – full refund.
After sketch approval: 50% refund.
After lineart or color: no refund.
If I am unable to complete the work due to unforeseen circumstances, you get a full refund.
